WHAT WE DO

Vestibular Rehabilitation

Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT) or Vestibular Physiotherapy is a specialized type of exercise therapy that helps reduce dizziness, vertigo, and imbalance from inner ear disorders, but it can also be used after concussions or mild traumatic brain injuries. VRT aims to stabilize vision, improve balance, relieve dizziness, and restore vestibular function.

Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapist provides an active approach to treatment by using the Mckenzie Method to assess and treat spinal issues and soft tissue problems. We focus on finding the cause of your pain and ways to solve it instead of only treating your symptoms. This typically requires fewer visits than traditional methods. You can expect to receive exceptional one-on-one care in a private room that ensures both comfort and privacy during your treatment sessions.
