Infrared goggles eye recording

We use Infrared Technology

Infrared goggles are an essential part of the examination process for patients with dizziness, vertigo, and balance issues, as their use improves diagnosis accuracy. By seeing certain eye movements (nystagmus) that might be missed in normal light, the goggles help us differentiate between peripheral inner ear problems like Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), and neuritis from serious central problems that require more investigations.

In order to interpret the results of the assessment for an accurate diagnosis and best rehabilitation outcomes, the use of this technology must be combined with the expertise of a knowledgeable vestibular rehabilitation physiotherapist.
