A doctor's referral is not required, but preferred to make sure all medical conditions have been investigated. Referral forms are available here.

We are in the process to be able to offer direct billing to our patients.

We will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Vestibular Initial assessment: $200 (60min) – Includes necessary treatment.

Vestibular follow up session: $110 (30 min).

Musculoskeletal Initial assessment: $150 (60 min) – Includes necessary treatment.

Musculoskeletal Follow up session: $95 (30min), $125 (45 min).

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are not able to make to your appointment. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and no shows are billed $50 fee.

If you need to reschedule or cancel because you are experiencing symptoms of COVID or need to self-isolate, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Our physiotherapist will ask you questions to get a better understanding of your problem. You will go through a variety of tests to try to figure out the cause of your symptoms and you will get an explanation of the findings and the best treatment approach. You will start on a treatment program which usually involves some home exercises.
